Explore Art is a post-modern approach to teaching art history and culture. Rather than seeing art from a Western linear narrative, Explore Art is a way for students to see how art is inter-related in a hyper textual way. It seeks to be developmentally appropriate for Grades 3-5, but can be used at many other levels.
Explore Art is currently being piloted in Central Illinois, but is available to use in any classroom.
